There will be no training on 25th or 27th August due to the bank holiday. We will be back as usual on Manday 1st September.
The club has relocated to Trowbridge Scouts Hall. Training times remain the same on Mondays and Thursdays.
Over the school holiday Cardiff Dojo will move from Llanrumney High School to Trowbridge Scouts Hall. Due to this the Thursday night session is changed to a Wednesday with the Mondays as normal. Training times haven't changed so we expect to see you all there at either 6:30 or 7:30 prompt.
The Karate Jutsu Kai national tournament was held in Ashford on Saturday. There were over 100 competitors from England, Scotland, Wales and Denmark.
Cardiff Dojo raked in an impressive haul of trophies with 1st places going to Andrea in the women's kickboxing, Lucy in the juniors karate and Josh in the juniors kickboxing.
A big well done to all those who took part and hopefully we can win more trophies in November.
The date for the National Competition in Ashford has changed. Please check the Calendar as more events have been added.
Well done to all those who passed their grading in December. All instructors were impressed by the high standard and effort shown by every participant.
In November Hanshi Creton announced that Karate Jutsu Kai had joined the International BudoKai Kan (IBK). The IBK practices traditional Kyokushinkai, kickboxing and freestyle karate and has dojos all over the world.
The Kokusai Karate Do Karate Jutsu Kai Association is an International organisation with clubs in England, Scotland, Wales and Denmark. The Cardiff club has been runnning for over 15 years under the tutelage of Shihan Wayne Mortimer.

Beginners are welcome, so please come and join in. Prices are £3.30 for seniors and £2.30 for juniors for karate tuition, while kickboxing/karate fitness is £2.20 for all.
